Interface EvmSnapshotVerifier

This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Verifies that an EVM snapshot still identifies the same canonical block.

A verifier is invoked after a newly computed rendering or transformation and before that value is admitted to its cache. This closes the interval in which a block-number-based RPC read could cross a chain reorganization.
